Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Place the items in their original Pajar box and secure them in a durable shipping container, ensuring all original tags are attached.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
